Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sales team with estimating foundation requirements for specified equipment
  • Maintenance of product libraries and drawings.
    • Updates, revisions, ECNs.
  • Product development.
  • Detailing fabrication drawings for the various products/projects.
  • Managing and ensuring high quality and accuracy of product fabrication:
    • Inspection and verification.
    • Working with and assist in development of our network of fabricators in a continuous improvement format.
    • Maintaining delivery schedules.
  • Assisting as needed in the generation of proposals, quotes, and sales efforts:
    • Unit modification.
    • Procuring pricing for specials.
    • Generating clarification and approval drawings.
    • Providing quotes for replacement parts, filters, and maintenance items for OEM and aftermarket sales opportunities.
  • Assisting in the assembly of maintenance manuals, support documentation, incidental delivery and field install support.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Skills You Need to Bring With You

From a technical perspective, our ideal candidate will bring the following skills & experience with them:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and other relationship-building skills is required
  • Estimating experience will be considered a plus
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to navigate AutoDesk applications including AutoCAD, Vault, Revit, Robot & Inventor 3D modeling
  • 5 years (minimum) construction and/or plant engineering experience
