Job description

We’re a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves kind of office.
Our team thrives on a practical, workmanlike approach to architecture—professionals who enjoy solving real problems, producing accurate documents, and supporting project delivery. If you enjoy doing the real work—digging into codes, coordinating details, and producing solid drawings—and are motivated by reliability, collaboration, and technical rigor rather than personal notoriety, you’ll be a great match.
Job Description:
  • Modeling/drafting and adjustments to design development drawings and complete construction drawings.
  • Ensure compliance of construction documents and details to meet code and best practices.
  • Attend project meetings, as required, to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule.
  • Review accuracy of calculations, square footages, building code, zoning, and city ordinance compliance, plans and completed reports.
Requirements for this Position:
  • Solid grasp of architectural design processes and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and means.
  • Understanding of design-to-detail processes and required annotation at each level.
  • Time management skills with the ability to transition between projects/tasks quickly, problem-solve, and understand the shortest paths.
  • Strong Architectural background preferred, especially in mixed-use and multi-family residential.
  • At minimum, Intermediate Revit skills (assessment test may be administered).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • If you live in Texas (or CT, NJ, NY, PA) and have the skills needed, let's talk.
Skills Required

  • Revit 2024/2025/2026
  • Multi-Family Design and Construction
  • Mixed-Use Design and Construction
  • Knowledge of IBC, IRC, ANSI 117.1 (or at least know how to look it up)
While things can get demanding and stressful, at times, we're not trying to be a sweatshop.
We enjoy our work and the variety.
With the right team members, we can only be better.
