Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

Develop electrical systems and controls for custom food production equipment and robotic packaging systems
Create electrical equipment designs for machine controls using servo motor and PLC platforms
Prepare detail design reviews and documentation for projects
Design, develop and program PLC, HMI and MMI programs from scratch
Lead debug and final check out teams for electrical systems

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering required
More than 2 years electrical design engineering experience in industrial machinery or automation system manufacturing industries
Proficiency programming PLCs from scratch
Proficiency and knowledge of servo motors
Ability to work with customers
Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel as needed approximately 15%-20% of the time
