We believe in the power of setting goals and being held to them as part of an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework as outlined on www.rts.com.About The RoleThe Partner Marketing Manager will drive awareness, engagement, and expansion of our account-based marketing GTM strategy; supporting regional and national sales growth goals and scaling key target accounts. In close partnership with our Sales, Strategic Partnership, and Customer Success teams, you will identify and execute co-marketing opportunities (e.g., multi-channel content creation, digital campaigns, etc.). and you'll work across teams to manage, launch, and measure our co-marketing collaborations with our largest partners across our various waste, recycling, and sustainability management programs.The position is based in New York City.

You will report to the VP of Marketing.What You'll DoAs the Partner Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will drive to be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for target accountsEffectively lead day-to-day account-based campaigns in partnership with internal/external teams and agency partnersMonitor, track, and report on assigned accounts across all programs and campaigns; make recommendations based on analysis of resultsCreate email nurture sequences to leverage in support of campaignsProvide guidance and training and to internal team members, customers, and leadership as neededEnsure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing timelines and processesSet monthly performance targets and deliver scalable growth for key products through lead forecasting, funnel analysis and committed resultsDevelop account-specific messaging and programs to drive demand across our sustainable material management solutions and to accelerate our sales cycleSupport Marketing VP, in partnership with Tech team, to identify target clients based on product market fitCreate content that engages accounts based on vertical by demonstrating knowledge of customer needs and service strategiesLaunching joint blogs, webinars with partner marketing counterpartsCollaborate with BD team to develop white papers/case studies of wins involving RTS partnersReview/refresh our listings in partner marketplaces and sales channels, help grow positive reviews of our solutions on partner marketplaces and cross-train their sales teams with our marketing collateralWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of marketing experience, with specific focus in partner marketing, demand generation, and/or customer marketingCollaborative, team-player, with previous management experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tell a storyKnowledge & passion of the Waste, Recycling, Sustainability, or related IndustriesExperience with inbound and outbound marketing (i.e. email, social media, SEO, SEM, ad placement, direct mail, trade shows, and conferences)Proven ability to organize sales pipeline funnels and lead generationBachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma, and +5 years of marketing experienceBenefitsRTS provides each eligible employee a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
