Job Description

Primary Objective:

To be responsible to the congregation of Calvary Baptist Church for the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach the Biblical revelation, to engage in pastoral care ministries, to provide administrative leadership in all areas of church life, and to act as the chief executive officer of the paid staff.

Responsibilities:

Plan and participate in the public worship services of the church. Prepare and deliver sermons, meditations, studies, and other forms of proclamation of the Biblical witness. Lead in observance of the two ordinances of the church.
Communicate and implement the vision of our multi-generational congregation.
Facilitate intergenerational fellowship, discipleship, and service.
Actively engage all ministries and lead our existing community in service towards our college campuses, our community, and the world.
