The Big Picture

Stanchfield Baptist Church (https://www.stanchfieldbaptist.com) is seeking a pastor to shepherd the people of God by boldly preaching, teaching, and praying from the Word of God.



Requirements

The Church

Stanchfield Baptist Church is a rural church in Isanti County about an hour north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area. We are part of the Converge North Central Baptist conference. We are a small church celebrating our 165th anniversary this year, and have, for the last 5 years, had one pastor, an office manager, and custodial people on staff. We are made up of a cross section of younger families and senior adults.


The Candidate

Our rural church is looking for a male senior pastor candidate who will lead our congregation, is dedicated to the fulfillment of the Great Commission and will guide us in the fulfillment of the mission statement of Stanchfield Baptist Church. Our mission is to glorify God through worship, obedience, and love; to equip and edify the body of Christ for ministry of service, fellowship, and spiritual growth; to proclaim Christ to our community and world by word and deed. We are seeking a pastor with expository preaching style, with a young family who would live in the parsonage as part of the compensation, and be an active part of the community.




Benefits

The Compensation

The salary range we are offering is $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, plus parsonage allowance which is a large 6 bedroom house on the church property. Professional development funds are available for expanding future education.
