Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preconstruction phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and scope development for St. Louis projects.
• Build strong relationships with local clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate seamlessly with project teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) in St. Louis.
• Champion value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Manage project scope and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Guarantee compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior preconstruction team members.
• Bridge the gap between preconstruction and operations teams.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with St. Louis clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred) or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on preconstruction.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating and value engineering techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Onscreen Takeoff, Destini (beck), Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, or similar bidding, scheduling, or project management software.
