Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Collison, Service and Parts Account Manager to join our team. In this capacity, you will play a Crucial role in maintaining and growing our client base within the automotive wholesale collision, service and parts sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years, and we’re looking to add a passionate problem-solver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of automotive wholesale collision, service and  parts accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous Experience in automotive  sales and account management is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products. -Ford product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Good computer skills, including strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, if required.
