Lead Server/Key Holder at Flatbread - Bown Crossing

Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria in Bown Crossing is looking for a Key Holder/Lead Server. We offer "NICE!" HEALTHCARE coverage for employees who average over 30 hours per week and PAID TIME OFF for all employees. Leads are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant in addition to serving. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this candidate would be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This person would be knowledgeable of store operations and Flatbread's commitment to quality and customer service. Wage is 7.50 per hour plus tips.

•Must be able to handle cash and credit payments, balance daily server reports on the POS system for accuracy, prepare sales reports and perform assigned opening/closing work.

•Must be willing to train new employees on all aspects of the restaurant.

•Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations is critical. You must possess incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.

•Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives is a must.

•Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
