Position Available:

General Summary

As a Caregiver (CNA), you will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. This role works under the indirect supervision of a Nurse or Supervisor and follows established care plans, procedures, and guidelines.

Caregiver Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

  • Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.

  • Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, or sit for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or assist with moving objects or individuals weighing over 50 lbs.

  • Ability to maintain focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the shift.

Requirements
  • Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).
