Lifestyle Leader - The Crossings

The Crossings is a leader in retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. The Crossings is Bay Area's only 5-Star non-profit retirement community! At The Crossings, our goal is to maximize the physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual potential of our residents - and give confidence to those who love them. We are currently seeking a part-time Lifestyle Leader for our Memory Care Neighborhood to:

  • Coordinating and providing meaningful experiences to the community's residents.
  • Lead daily scheduled activities and assess and determine the needs of the residents by reviewing various program implementations and outcomes.
  • Promotes daily events and lifestyle offerings for the day.
  • Assists in creating a healthy and happy lifestyle for each resident.

The Lifestyle Leader assists in administering, directing and coordinating all enrichment events and activities for the community.
