What You'll Do:

• Acts as main point of contact (in some cases with support) with assigned clients regarding project delivery including project status & schedule, action items and other factual project information. Works with manager to communicate about project risks and issues.
• Tracks resources, budget, timeline, milestones, scope, costs and execution; develops skill to understand resource constraints and recognize risks. Knows when to escalate issues; Informs manager of concerns and risks related to budget, timeline, quality, communication, scope, resourcing or other issues that threaten project success. Assists in defining solutions by providing relevant information
• Ensures that project information is collected, routed and distributed via company templates and toolsets, and that client and internal teams have clear and accurate project information at hand: project workspaces, actuals & status, checklists, schedules, task completion, etc.
• Gathers requirements and collaborates with manager and other SMEs on SOW, including proposal writing, estimation worksheet and project plans. Routes finalized estimate and associated scope deliverables to SMEs and manager prior to final delivery to client. Follows Contracts Review and Project Initiation process.
• Plans and manages meetings, in collaboration with lead Producer or manager and Business Manager, effectively in accordance with Meeting Kit materials and best practices.

What You'll Need:

• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook or other business productivity software
• 2 - 4 years' experience in an agency or a job involving digital marketing
• A Bachelor's Degree – preferred
• Keen attention to detail and ability to grasp the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to team members, internal cross-functional teams, and client Points of Contact
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize your own and others' work, including vendors/contractors on project teams in a rapid turnaround, deadline-driven atmosphere
• Experience with or knowledge of interactive marketing, online advertising, SEO, PPC, social media, creative
• Ability to quickly learn how to analyze and track project budgets
• Understanding of creative, website, and cross channel processes to relay client needs into actionable steps.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e,g, invoicing, realization, and managing work to budget).

*This position will be a hybrid role based out of our San Diego, CA office.*

The salary range is $60,000K - $65,000K
