Business Fellow, Communications & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced candidate having goo d experience into Business Fellow, Communications & Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

·      Research, write, and edit a wide range of communications materials, including digital marketing assets (e.g. social media content, customer newsletters) and support creation of customer case studies;

·      Help manage company website: ensure all content is up-to-date, and measure the success of specific pages; 

·      Create and manage marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms: campaigns could include integrated email and search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM) strategies;

·      Reporting and analytics: monitor the results of digital marketing efforts (social media, SEO, etc.) and report successes and shortcomings;

·      Support product marketing and sales: ensure messages and materials are polished and up-to-date;

·      Conduct news scans and flag relevant stories

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., communications, english/creative writing, journalism, public health, public policy, business administration)

·      Proficiency in social media platforms – particularly LinkedIn and Twitter

·      Knowledge of digital marketing and social media automation: understanding of SEO and SEM (Google Analytics) and social media analytics tools

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint

·      Action-oriented, strategic writer; possess top-notch editing skills;

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Excellent research skills and highly organized

·      A team player who is relentlessly passionate about growing and engaging our customers, and can effortlessly switch back and forth between planning & execution.

·         Outstanding relational skills including communications, ability to collaborate with and influence others, sense of urgency, nimbleness, creative thinking and personal integrity

·         Strong attention to detail with project and process management skill set and experience

·         Ability to build and maintain respectful and productive internal and external relationships, that are professional, encourage collaboration, ensure accountability and allow the achievement of mutual objectives and strategies

·         Self-starter, analytical, problem-solver and action-oriented.  Can organize and manage their own work with minimal management attention and direction

·         Positive attitude and demeanor
