Manager, Business Development & Marketing

Irvine, CA, US

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually

Procopio is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager who will serve as the firm's primary business development representative in the Orange County market. Based in our Irvine office, this individual will be responsible for expanding Procopio's presence throughout Orange County by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and helping our attorneys develop meaningful connections with prospective clients, referral sources, business leaders, and influencers.

Unlike a traditional marketing role, this position is externally focused. Success will be measured by the individual's ability to create opportunities for our attorneys through networking, relationship development, market intelligence, and active participation in the Orange County business community.

The ideal candidate is deeply connected within the Orange County business community and possesses an established network of professional relationships. They understand how business is developed through trust, credibility, and personal connections, and enjoy bringing people together.

Qualified candidates should have at least seven or more years of business development, relationship management, sales, or client development experience within professional services, legal services, commercial real estate, financial services, consulting, economic development, or a related industry.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $120,000 - $170,000+, depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply.
