Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical drafting and modeling
- Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Recap, and Navisworks)
- Strong visualization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in collaborative team settings and communicate seamlessly
- Adaptability and to interpret written, verbal, and visual direction
- Related certifications, degrees, or trades experience a plus
Work Schedule: Full-time position involving 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday during normal 8:00am to 5:00pm business hours. Overtime can be expected when project workload demands it.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package that consists of medical, vision, and dental insurance; holidays; paid leave; 401(k) Plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); continuing education; and professional societies. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the ESOP after a qualifying period.
