Salary: $900 - $1200 weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
