Job Description: Endorse Infinity is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $900 - $1200 weekly

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
