Seeking an Experienced Showing Agent

We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of a professional realtor to show our clients homes.
If you’re an experienced licensed Real Estate Agent with excellent customer service skills, ambitious, vibrant and positive personality who is responsible and professional, this could be perfect for you.

Hours vary in this position.

Responsibilities:
• Have a proficient knowledge on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Candidates with the most flexibility will receive the highest priority for showing opportunities after successfully completing orientation
• Duties will include but not limited to coordinating and facilitating showings of local residential Real Estate properties
• Promote the team concept to buyer clients by guaranteeing lead agent is involved and informed at all times
• Educate buyer clients about the home buying process
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc.
• Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails and update notes in CRM)
• Quickly and professionally return buyer client calls, texts and emails
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process

Qualifications:
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Does not mind spending a large amount of time driving
• Thrives on being a true team player, working closely with others in the company
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Work effectively with clients
