Responsibilities:- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule and manage showings efficiently, maximizing client engagement.
- Provide insightful feedback to clients after showings, helping them refine their preferences and make informed choices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, sharing valuable insights with clients and the team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all client interactions are professional, respectful, and aligned with our brand values.
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.
Qualifications:- Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple showings efficiently.
- Knowledge of the Nashville-Davidson--Murfreesboro real estate market, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Ability to provide insightful feedback to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
