• Introducing yourself and our company services to new prospects (Prospecting and door-knocking)
• Conducting roof, siding, and gutter assessments and presenting documentation to customers
• Presenting quality solutions for repairs to new customers
• Closing agreements for repair work provided by our company
• Participating in monthly rewards programs for sales activities
• Setting and tracking personal goals in major life categories
• Hanging with the best team in our market that wants to see you succeed
• Picking up Dairy Queen blizzards for your meeting with the boss

• We are looking for someone with these awesome skills (You got game?):
• Glass half full, abundance mentality
• Communication Skills: keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos
• Must know how to use a shingle stretcher
• Possess a valid driver’s license and provide I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Able to pass drug and background checks
