Job Description

Job Title: Thermoforming/CNC Operator

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00/hr DOE

Schedule: 7:00a – 4:00p Monday through Friday

Position Type: Full time, Direct Hire or Evaluation hire

Location: Centennial, CO

Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is immediately hiring for a wholesale distributor/manufacturing company in Centennial, CO. We’re looking for a qualified Thermoforming/CNC Operator for an Injection molding manufacturing company. The qualified applicant will be loading/unloading machines and able to read schematics. Duties include:

Load and unload thermoforming and CNC machines with appropriate materials to facilitate forming and trimming requirements
Read and interpret work instructions, and any other related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations necessary to meet dimensional specifications
Perform de-burring, sanding, cutting, trimming and grinding operations necessary to meet specifications
Inspect each part to ensure quality standards
Complete all necessary paperwork to include production information; cycle times, daily production numbers, scrap, etc
Can advance to completing set up and change over procedures of the molds and fixtures
Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
Quality control inspection
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
