Job Description Summary

This position conducts work related to management or general business operations in an organization or functional area. The work requires advanced knowledge gained, and/or the strong desire to gain such knowledge, from a prolonged course of specialized instruction, experience, and expertise. The position includes work requiring the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Scope

The position will serve as the primary administrator for CLM software and assist the Business Controls Lead with contract development, review, and administration. The position will also serve as a risk review coordinator for potential and existing projects. The position serves a central role in the organization, ensuring critical deadlines are adhered to while mandatory procedures are followed.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and review of contracts/agreements
  • Coordinate risk assessments and mitigation plan development
  • Facilitate the flow of contracts/agreements
  • Assist with legal training development and maintain the training database
  • Conduct compliance audits
  • Assist marketing in determining the company’s cost and availability to deliver, international, products and services for prospective clients
  • Provide ongoing support for assigned clients, projects or regions
  • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
  • Adhere to and support Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
  • May need to travel to attend to business-related matters
  • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned

Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 1-3 years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 5 to 7 years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
