Clinical Solutions Specialist:

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in our journey.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of and in support of the VP Clinical Operations, the Clinical Solutions Specialist is responsible for the following areas.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide subject matter expertise in care management processes and documentation for Population Health Management services. Stay up to date on standards of case management, CMS care management programs, and NCQA Population Health and case management standards. Ensure that BettrAi supports adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

·         Develop and maintain expertise in care management platform.

·         Document process flows and recommend enhancements and modifications for improvement. Document requested changes and track approvals through to completion. Provide clinical support for QA and UAT.

·         Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success/Implementation, Product & Engineering, and Solution Design to drive customer and company success providing clinical input and demonstrations.

·         Manage customer software implementation projects to ensure customer success. Document client protocols and workflows, lead client meetings, provide demonstrations and training. Create and update all training material.

·         Manage clients post implementation, documenting and responding to user feedback in user stories and communicate with the development team.

·         Monitor and report on all products client KPIs that are designed to focus on clinical effectiveness, clinical outcomes, and overall effectiveness regarding client use of the platform.

·         Provide clinical oversight to any company client who is receiving outsourced clinical services that are managed by BettrAi, and other requested responsibilities associated with clinical support of BettrAi.

 

Qualifications:

·         Registered Nurse required. CCM a plus.

·         Texas resident a plus but not required. Will be required to attend team meetings approximately every quarter.

·         3 years of experience providing case management, implementing complex case management, condition management, chronic care management, remote patient monitor, or other care management program for a Medicare population.

·         Knowledge of NCQA Case Management requirements a plus.

·         3 years using case management documentation platforms.

·         Experience developing training material and documenting processes in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

·         Experience training clinical teams on processes and documentation.

·         Experience communicating with clients and providing high customer satisfaction.

·         May require occasional travel to client site.

This position is specifically for the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas. It is a hybrid role, meaning that you will have the flexibility to work remotely, but also be required to travel to the corporate office in Fort Worth, TX. It is essential for the candidate to reside in the DFW area.
