We are looking for Full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to advise our clients by finding them the best fit with our exceptional insurance products and outstanding services. With your outgoing and willing to go above and beyond attitude, we know you will be committed to creating the best experiences for our customers.

Must already have an active Property and Casualty License.

Base Salary Based on Experience (Base salary of $40,000-$50,000)

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
• Educate and advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Process policy change requests, take premium payments, and provide ongoing support.

• Candidate must be located in Central, Mountain or Eastern time zone.
• An Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License is Required.
• 2+ years of insurance customer service experience required.
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional office and phone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize and have an eye for detail
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
