Contract Sonographer - Outpatient, FT Days, August - October 2024

We're looking for a Contract Sonographer to provide general, vascular, and cardiac ultrasound procedures at a primary care practice located in the Selinsgrove, PA area. This will be a 3 month contract position from August to October 2024.

Position Description:

• Onsite position performing general, vascular, and echo exams to patients
• The contract is 3 months long from August to October
• The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
• No night or weekend coverage and no call requirements!

Responsibilities:

• Perform all ultrasound procedures independently with remote support
• Complete preliminary reports for review by interpreting physicians
• Assist patients from check-in through exam completion while providing patients with white glove, compassionate service
• Act as the face of the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers

Requirements:

• Holds and active registry OR equivalent experience in ALL of the following modalities:
  • General Ultrasound: ARDMS - (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS)
  • Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS - RVT (VT), ARRT - RT (VS), or CCI - RVS
  • Echocardiography: ARDMS - RDCS or CCI - ACS or RCS
