Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Madison, Georgia. This is a full time, direct hire position. The pay rate is $25-35 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical and mechanical machines within the manufacturing facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Recommend equipment and process improvements
- Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery
- Troubleshoot issues with PLC's
- Assist with the equipment installation and start up
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Experience Needed:
- Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
- Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives
- Experience with PLC's and automation
- HS diploma required - Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Controls preferred
