What You Would Do

• Customer Service
• Record all expense transactions
• Process all bill payments
• Tax reporting and processing
• Payroll processing
• Accounts payable- enter invoices and reconcile vendor accounts
• Accounts receivable- receive and record customer payments
• Prepare sales orders (for Foreman packets)
• Record & Process credit card activity (receipt tracking)

What We Need For This Role

• 1+ years working with Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
• 1+ years of experience Accounting
• Experience in QuickBooks
• Associates / Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means
