Field Technician

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Field Technician in Mount Shasta, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits for construction projects involving road construction, landslide repair, and large infrastructure construction to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, civil designs, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans
• (SWPPP).
• Prepare written reports detailing )ield observations and )indings, including any issues or de)iciencies that need to be addressed.
• Communicate with project managers and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Perform observations of construction materials and equipment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical advice and support to project teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in civil construction support.
• General knowledge of civil, geotechnical, and geological engineering.
• General knowledge of construction and SWPPP regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use Microsoft Of)ice and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license.
