AZ LEMONADE STAND Beverage Production Manager

This is a full time position being trained during the day but will be come a PM Production Management position.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Daily/weekly planning with production team
• Daily/weekly production reporting
• Weekly meetings with management and team newsletter
• All knowledge of products, procedures and policies
• Order lemonade products/equipment/labeling
• Warehouse tracking inventory
• control/FIFO/organization
• Prepare event and fulfillment orders
• Train team all positions and procedures
• Oversee all stations (Labeling, Filling, Sanitation, Brewing, Packaging)
• Oversee sanitation of production/ equipment /products
• Fix equipment, troubleshoot errors, find root causes and educate the team
• Organize production products, materials and equipment.
• Find new leaders for the company
• Training all new employees
• Creation and upkeep of training decks
• Help implement new production programs and incentives.
• Schedule staff
• Help with training of new hires and gauge where they are at with our standards
• Handle all call outs and 90 day and yearly reviews.
• Ensure the production areas are kept up to owners standards .
• Help create and implement different positions through out the production for
employees.
• Work with Chef and Facilities on a set service schedule
• Work on projects when needed such as but not limited to new revenue opportunities.
• You will be involved in Manager Meetings and offsite visits.

HACCP certified and PCQI certified Preferred

Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: $47,000 - $60,000 a year based on experience.
• Bonus on maintaining production quality and efficiency
• Bonus labor incentives based on cost control (example: keep it under $0.40 a unit, $0.35 a unit and $0.30 a unit)
• Vacation: One week (5 days) 90 days after starting the position.
• Arizona state law sick days accrual per guidelines.
• Day's off per week starting will be Saturday and Sunday (subject to change and
could be different if a large order going on).
• Computer: A computer will be offered with a work desk at the production area.
• Phone: We will provide a company phone or offer $40s a pay period for you to use your
personal phone ($1,040 a year).
• A company credit card for business expenses.
• We offer health benefits after 60 days.
