To excel as an EMS crew member at Guardian Medical Services in Catlett, VA, you must possess specific qualifications and skills. These include being a High School graduate or having a GED certification, holding a Commonwealth of Virginia Paramedic Certification, and having a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Additionally, you must be certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and have completed the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC).

A Critical Care Paramedic (CCP) certification would be a bonus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective patient care and collaboration with the team. Candidates must also be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
