**Job Title:** Construction Tilt Wall Superintendent

**Job Description:**
**1. Project Planning:**
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Develop a detailed construction plan for the tilt-up phase, considering safety, quality, and efficiency.
**2. Site Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day on-site activities related to tilt-up construction.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
**3. Tilt-Up Panel Casting:**
- Coordinate and supervise the casting of tilt-up panels on-site or at a precast facility.
- Ensure proper concrete mix design, formwork setup, and curing procedures are followed.
**4. Safety Compliance:**
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
**5. Quality Control:**
- Monitor the quality of tilt-up panels, ensuring they meet design and engineering standards.
- Address any issues related to panel appearance, strength, or other quality concerns.
**6. Schedule Management:**
- Develop and maintain a construction schedule for the tilt-up phase.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
**7. Team Leadership:**
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
**8. Communication:**
