EnerStar Solutions is recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented Field Service Technician based out of St Clairsville, Ohio Branch, the incumbent will report to the Field Supervisor. Field Service Technicians are responsible for assisting clients with rig moves, new set ups, rig release, as well as infield repairs and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all EnerStar Solutions and customer safety protocols.
- Maintain good client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicates and works in a professional manner with co-workers and rig site personnel.
- Set up Mobile Office Trailers, water/sewer systems some communications (LTE or Satellite) and generators.
- Follow the companies standard operating procedures and work with the online systems that support these procedures.
- Rig up, rig down, load and reset rig site equipment at time of rig move.
- Install, replace, and repair equipment, as necessary.
- Responds to all assigned service calls.
- Completes work ticket on-site prior to customer billing and obtain signature from customer.
- Prepares and/or participates in job safety meetings (JSA) prior to the start of an assigned task or project.
- Maintains daily truck logs and vehicle inspection reports.
- Responsible for the preventative maintenance to assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Complete as needed work orders and tickets to be signed by company representatives.
- Maintain and clean equipment as well as ensure equipment is always mechanically sound and in good working order.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possesses knowledge of general electronics and machinery.
- Demonstrates the ability to work with a specific sort of equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a single day; does not allow longer-than-expected service calls to cause frustration or major setbacks.
- Shows the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Shows excellent customer service skills and the ability to diagnose issues through non-technical descriptions that are provided by custom.
- Work Environment
Field Service Technicians are required to work in both indoor and outdoor settings. They are required to spend time travelling via company owned vehicles. Physical demands also vary based upon the size of the equipment and its location. While most work standard 40-hour, five-day work weeks, they will often take turns being on-call during the off-hours to provide services to customers in emergencies. - Benefits:
