Job Description
Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee production activities in a chemical, extrusion, and drying area. This key role requires a combination of leadership, technical skills, safety oversight, and communication. You'll manage production planning and control, take on line responsibilities, lead and develop the production team, monitor production, maintain quality and productivity goals, update operating procedures, address personnel issues, and ensure safety.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing plant.
