What You'll Be Doing

• Spotlight major telecommunications projects by seizing new business opportunities.
• Pioneer optimal sales strategies with team leaders.
• Sustain precise records with our CRM to ensure project and client success.
• Stay front-runner in market trends to unlock growth ventures.
• Define project scope with precision during proposal stages.
• Steer Outside Plant Telecom Projects with expertise.
• Forge resolutions with customer management to uphold service integrity.
• Design Fiber Outside Plant infrastructures that resonate with both urban innovation and rural enrichment.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalence notably rewards your 7+ years in telecom-related endeavors.
• Adept in office automation, project management tools, and relevant technology to maintain the velocity of progress.
• Your deep-rooted experience in Fiber Outside Plant Design speaks of your capabilities.
• Professional relationship-building should be second nature to you.
• Familiarity with RUS, GIS, and design technologies is beneficial, not mandatory.
• Your willingness to voyage 30-50% of your time mirrors your commitment to growth and connectivity.

Can be located in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, or New Mexico

Salary

Up to $130k commensurate with experience, plus bonus of 12-15%
