Position Summary:

The Telecom Analyst I is responsible for providing high-level support and disaster recovery support. Primary duties include support to plan, design, troubleshoot, and support construction and maintenance of telecommunications networks and equipment used for telephones, voicemail, PBX, video, or data communication.

Role Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
    • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Must possess a Security+ CE certification.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and to make decisions.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
  • Must have the following documentation available at time of in-processing:
    • Hepatitis B: Three shot series OR a positive titer.
    • Influenza: Current season. o MMR: Two-shot series OR a positive titer.
    • PPD: Two TB skin test at least one week apart but within 12 months OR a QFT/T-spot.
    • Tdap: One-time dose; then Td booster every ten (10) years.
    • Varicella: Two shot series OR a positive titer OR medical documentation of chickenpox diagnosis as a child.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
