Contegix is a strategic advisor for digital applications that improve the customer experience. As a Managed Service Provider, we specialize in Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal and WordPress, the Atlassian toolset, DevOps tools, and IT administration - all in the private or public cloud.

We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager! Reporting to the Director Customer Success and PMO, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of customer projects. While working with Solutions Architects and Technical Leads, the Project Manager serves as the liaison between Customers, Sales, and Services. The selected candidate must have ability to oversee all project aspects. This includes establishing schedules, assigning resource responsibilities, monitoring and controlling project activities, and summarizing the progress of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Plan initial project constraints, scope, estimates and identify resources required for project completion.
• Ensure all tasks related to the success of the project are planned, scheduled and ready for execution.
• Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project.
• Effectively manage project issues, risks and decisions.
• Perform project close-out duties including but not limited to, post-implementation report, transition plans, documentation clean-up and lessons learned.
• Project communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing change, risk and issues throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Working with department heads in resource planning and management for project success.
• Assist in facilitating a seamless project go live transition.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• Minimum of 5 years' experienceas a project manager for projects of increasing and complexity and size with a demonstrated record of successful project implementations is required.
• Working knowledge of hardware/software technologies, including public cloud such as AWS and Azure, server and PC platforms, and network and telecommunications is required.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers and Contegix team members is required.
• Experience working with or managing projects that include Atlassian or other Application Lifecycle Management products is preferred.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, CAPM or CSPO certifications are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability and desire to work in team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
