Leasing Agent

The ideal candidate will excel in working with leasing prospects to showcase available units while providing superb customer service to our current tenants. The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses.

$16.50 - $18 hourly

• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract
• Validate all personal references and rental application information
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
• Offer customer service to current tenants to aid in facilitation of a positive community experience.

• Ability to use multifamily operating software: Yardi
• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher
• Ability to multitask, be task and goal oriented.
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
