Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring directly for a Production Supervisor in Bellevue, OH. A magnesium recycler that services the die casting, aluminum, sand casting, and aerospace industry. The company supplies secondary magnesium ingot while also providing tolling and chip recycling services.

Starting pay $22.50*- output production bonus after 90 days* and royalty incentives* can be discussed during interview

Health, Dental and Vision available as well.

3rd shift 5p-5a rotating 3 on 2 off- every other weekend.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Trains and manages production employees on the assigned shift.
Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
