Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Franklin TN 37067
Shift: 7on/7off 3rd Shift (8 pm - 7 am)
Pay: $62.00/hr.
Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Pharmacist Description/Duties
- Provides pharmaceutical services to long term care and institutionalized patients in a manner that maximizes quality and patient safety. Participates in and oversees the dispensing of medication in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Pharmacist Requirements
- Current license in the state of practice
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Desired: Pharm D preferred
- One year experience in long-term care preferred
