HRIS Analyst

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to work for one of our top tech real-estate clients.

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Pay Rate: $60.00-$63.00/hour

Duration: 3-month contract (with the possibility to extend)

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 40/hrs

Location: REMOTE - Preferably PST (must be available from 10am-2pmPST DAILY if in other time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations.

• Build and maintain solutions using HRIS applications such as Workday HR

• Analyze requirements, design, configure, test and deploy solutions using Workday configurations and other applications supported by the team.

• Partner with People Technology's developers, engineers and other corporate IT teams to build and test end to end solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Tech or Business)

• 5+ years' experience supporting HR business functions

• 5-7 years of experience with Workday (Admin access).

• 2+ years of experience designing and supporting Workday HCM and integrations for a Workday implementation partner or in a corporate HRIS/IT role.

• 3+ years Workday HCM experience + Benefits and Time off & Absence configuration experience

• Functional knowledge of two or more Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Performance management, Time Tracking and Absence

• Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with partners

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience

• Workday certification is preferred (Workday Pro or with an implementation partner)

• Experience working in Agile/ Scrum framework and JIRA is preferred
