HR Business Partner and Office Manager

SpecCoat (Specialized Coating Services) is a well-established and growing manufacturing company located in Fremont.  SpecCoat specializes in the conformal coating and encapsulation (potting) of printed circuit board assemblies.  To support this growth, the position of HR Business Partner and Office Manager is now open.

Job Description

·        Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.

·        Oversee various HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

·        Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization’s goals.

·        Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.

·        Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.

·        Act as a change agent by driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation.

·        Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues and employee development.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and handle employee relations issues professionally and effectively.

·        Collaborate with other functional managers to deliver high-quality HR services and programs.

·        Perform office administrative tasks and other special assignments as assigned.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or related field

·        Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in HR business partner role.

·        Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

·        Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.

·        Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions.

·        SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

·        Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
