- Responding to tenant inquiries.
- Showing property, answering questions, and finalizing terms of leases.
- Generating qualified traffic through marketing and advertising.
- Providing customer service.
- Following up with potential prospects.
- Coordinating resident functions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- High energy and fast paced.
- 2+ years of industry experience required.
