Job Description
Job Title: Client Service Advisor
Duration: 7 months

Job Summary:
- Provide sales and service excellence to high net worth clients via phone and email
- Open accounts and process financial transactions with accuracy under pressure
- Build relationships, resolve problems, and exhibit exemplary client service
- Perform other duties as required
Responsibilities:
- Sales and service:
- Resolve complex inquiries from clients, team, and business partners
- Model exceptional client service behaviors
- Internal operations:
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and SVB policies
- Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of client support experience with cross-selling abilities
