Purpose of Position:

The purpose of a Global HR Data Analyst is to keep employee information accurate and leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize Human Resources processes on a global scale. By analyzing HR data from various sources, including employee records, performance metrics, and engagement surveys, the Global HR Data Analyst identifies trends, patterns, and correlations that inform HR strategies and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, gathering and cleaning data, and developing reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. The Global HR Data Analyst conducts in-depth analyses to address specific HR challenges, such as talent retention, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Ultimately, the Global HR Data Analyst plays a critical role in helping organizations make informed decisions about their human capital, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. By providing actionable insights based on data analysis, this role contributes to improving HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ultimately achieving organizational success. Major Areas of Responsibility:
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources such as SAP, Regional payroll reports & BambooHR to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards (e.g. Power BI), reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations on multiple platforms.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements.

Knowledge and Experience - Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or a related function.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SAP, BambooHR, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus.

  • Bilingual in Spanish
