What You’ll Be Doing as a Bilingual Staffing Specialist

• Abandoning the “old ways” of recruitment, and using the most creative and innovative ones to find talent others can’t
• Evaluating the right match for talent and client companies by digging deeper than most to ensure the perfect fit for both
• Realizing your compensation potential by placing talent, and expanding our services with new and existing clients

What You’ll Need

• Successful previous experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, retail, account management, or another people-focused role

• Passion and enthusiasm for helping people

• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels and help talent and clients see the opportunity and benefit of fitting the right person in the right job
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) skills
