Repair Center Technician will be responsible for inspection and repair for all pending units for needed repairing. Efforts should be made for prompt and accurate processing. Repair Center Technician must make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid re-repair. Maintaining an organized inventory repair parts and orderly repair parts at all times. By maintaining the right mix and level of repair parts stock, technician helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the repair center's operations. Repair Center Technician may have responsibility for team members, other team’s requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and repair for security camera system
• Report for repairs.
• Help for shipping process for repaired units.
• Refurbish for C grade units.
• Re-update Firmware
• System Process for repair units
• Management for scrap units
• Recording for repair process
• Input related information of repair units to the system.
• Management for Pending units
• Inventory and order for repair parts.
• Customer Service (handle requests from internal teams)
• Responsible for making sure that repair units meet a set of standards and are processed with good quality.
• Perform Do re-repair and re-inspection of each unit.
• Complete non-conformance reports as required.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electronics preferred.
• Experience with electronics repair.
• Basic MS Office Knowledge
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
