What Are We Seeking?

Proven experience in catering and event management or a similar role
Passion for food quality, presentation and hospitality
Passion for sales growth and achieving bonus or commissioned based sales goals
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with clients, liaisons, teammates, General Managers and Supervisors
Proficient in using technology for sales tracking, reporting and lead generation
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong background in food safety and sanitary practices
Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to changing client needs
