Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for a Regional Recruiter - General Labor Recruiter

Job Description and Requirements:

This role will provide staffing support to Warehouse Managers in an assigned region. The recruiter will be responsible for posting jobs on multiple job boards, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and generating reports. This is a high-volume, fast-paced position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates and posts requisition on ATS and other job boards, as needed
• Work closely with Regional Managers and On-Site Manager to identify and trouble shoot staffing needs
• Create weekly reports
• Reviews resumes, sources candidates, conducting phone interviews, set up face-to-face interviews
• Track recruiting actions being taken for each location
• Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
• Assist in setting up agency agreements for each site
• Assists in attending or setting up job fairs
• Travel requirements: 20%

Education and/or Experience

• Experience conducting presentations to C-level Executives strongly preferred
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred, not required
• Must have experience with high-volume roles, skilled-labor preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years office administrative experience required
• Strong technical skills in using MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (remote and in office)
  • Equipment will be provided
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
• Must possess a self-starter, solution-oriented, go-getter attitude, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
• Strong attention to detail & confidentiality
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to reliably commute and work in-office (77079 zip code)
• Must be able to work flexible hours
