Line Cook-Part Time

We are looking for those that can sling noodles and create a bowl of ramen that is Insta-worthy for our guests. The ideal Line Cook candidates are those that can get into the rhythm of the line while playing team with their fellow noodle-slingers. They can also provide exceptional customer service to those sitting at the bar

RESPONSIBILITIES:

⮚Strong work ethic and attention to detail by taking pride in the execution of dishes

⮚Keeping a clean and organized BOH station; including cleaning after service

⮚Set up/ breakdown workstations in a timely manner to ensure prompt opening/ closing of the store

⮚Practice proper food rotation and sanitation practices

⮚Properly learn and execute all our recipe procedures

⮚Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

⮚Be available to help and collaborate with other stations if requested or needed

⮚Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary

⮚Other tasks as specified by management

REQUIREMENTS:

⮚1+ year of line experience

⮚Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards.

⮚Be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment

⮚Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)

⮚Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve

⮚Must maintain great attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

⮚Be a team player with strong work ethics and communication skills

⮚Must have Food Handler Card (Servsafe)

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

⮚ Store is equipped with ventilated air conditioning

⮚ Noise level is moderate to high

⮚ Temperatures vary from hot to cold

⮚ Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business

⮚ Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time

⮚ Able to reach overhead & outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, squat and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less

Pay Range:

$18.28 to $20.78 (+tips)
