This is a position with a working schedule of Monday-Friday, 9am-3:30pm. The pay is $16 -$17 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications. This position is onsite at our center located: 1264 S Rio Grande Ave, Orlando FL 32805.

What You Will Do:
• Manage adherence to quality standards in accordance with both center’s vision and state and local state requirements
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Willingness to obtain FL DCF 45-hour Certification

• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
• Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
• Demonstrate empathy and patience in difficult situations while being Cheerful, enthusiastic, and engaging in the workplace
• Willingness to obtain FL DCF 45-hour Certification
