The Role:
As a Therapist with us, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial therapeutic support to individuals navigating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual counseling sessions and leading engaging group sessions.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinating seamless discharge planning for clients' smooth transitions.
- Collaborating with other agencies to advocate for holistic care.
- Offering case management services to enhance overall well-being.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- One year of experience providing services to adults with substance use disorder and/or mental illness.
- Relevant licensure: LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Stellar organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
